Counsel-review draft
Terms of use
These draft terms describe the intended rules for Fourfold. They are not yet operative terms for a public service.
Who may use Fourfold
You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept the final terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may need to review them where local law requires.
Your puzzles and feedback
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Fourfold the limited permission needed to host, display, distribute, moderate, secure, and back up that content as part of the service. Private feedback is not used to train or improve AI unless you separately opt in.
Fair competition
Do not manipulate ratings, reactions, follows, or reports; use extra accounts to influence results; automate play against community puzzles without permission; disrupt the service; or evade moderation actions.
Content and account actions
You are responsible for having the right to share your content and for following the community standards. Fourfold may limit or remove content and restrict accounts to protect people, rights, the service, or fair competition. Eligible decisions may be appealed.
Final terms
The operative version will identify the service operator, contact information, effective date, applicable law, dispute process, warranties, liability limits, termination rules, and how acceptance is recorded. It will be reviewed by counsel before public use.
