Sending a notice

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify the Fourfold material you believe infringes it, provide enough information for us to locate that material, and include your contact details. It should also contain the statements and physical or electronic signature required by applicable law.

What happens after a notice

Fourfold may remove or restrict access to reported material while reviewing a complete notice and will notify the affected creator when appropriate. We may ask for missing information rather than acting on an incomplete request.

Counter-notices

A creator who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice containing the information required by law. We will explain any restoration waiting period and forward the counter-notice as legally required.

Repeat infringement

Fourfold may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances. Ordinary puzzle feedback and disputes about whether a connection is good belong outside this legal process.
